  • "I am Pro-Choice and Pro Reproductive Rights which include both the right to have children and the right not to be forced to. It is remarkable that this debate continues, in spite of the 1973 decision of Roe. I fully support a women’s right to choose her own future, including reproductive choices." (tagerforcongress.com)
  • "tax cuts for middleclass and small business not super rich. Trickle down econ is a proven lie. Good job supporting trump" (twitter.com)

  • "Medicare for all is self explanatory so while we fight for it to pass and to be implemented, I also propose a Public option to allow people to buy into Medicare. Initiate a public option to allow people to BUY into or PURCHASE medicare. The government will subsidize the poor as is done through the ACA. This has several benefits to everyone. First it gives an opportunity for those older and with preexisting conditions to buy insurance without having to pay for the profit of the insurance companies, and will lower insurance costs. Secondly, it will remove many older and sicker people to Medicare, lessening the cost burden to the insurance market, it will also spur COMPETITION between the insurance industry and Medicare, and according to the Republican Leadership, Competition is good for insurance prices." • "I am a supporter of medical marijuana and have been for years. Fundamentally, one of the things that has bothered me is the governments prohibition against terminally ill patients using marijuana to fight their illness or improve the quality of their remaining life. Once I am elected, I will work to remove marijuana as a schedule one drug. I will also work to permit the VA to prescribe marijuana in treating pain and PTSD in our Veterans. They deserve the alternative to the highly addictive and life ending opiates. The war on drugs is a national disgrace and waste of both treasure and blood. It is time to rethink all of it. I not only support medicinal marijuana, I will fight to legalize marijuana." (tagerforcongress.com)

Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
Yes In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
I do support eliminating waste in government spending including military I support allowing as tax deductions, interest paid on credit cards, automobile loans, and revolving credit accounts, as well as all medical related expenses including insurance payments. I support fixing the non-profit designation of the IRS code so companies can not evade taxes by claiming they are non-profit, simplifying the tax code, and eliminating loop holes.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
All contributors, including contributors to PACs and bundlers, should be public record. Voters have a right to know who is supporting a candidate and who is supporting the PAC. I do not like Citizens United but I do not see a path to eliminating it so lets see who is giving the money and how much.
No Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Yes Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment?
No Do you support mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent drug offenders?
We need of criminal justice reform.
Yes Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
I support tax cuts that benefit the middle class as well as the working poor that will promote economic growth. Companies that hire Veterans, particularly those who served in combat zones, should receive tax incentives and rewards. I also support tax consequences to companies that out source manufacturing and service jobs.
Yes Do you generally support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
No Do you support building the Keystone XL pipeline?
Yes Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, thermal)?
Yes Do you support increased regulations on the hydraulic fracturing ("fracking") industry?
Yes Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
Yes Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Unknown Position Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
I support gun safety legislation. For instance people on terror watch lists should not be able to buy. Mental health must be included in background checks. Also if a person can not be verified because their address is incomplete or they should be prohibited until they provide the corrected information. There should be no loopholes such as mail order, gun shows, or person to person. EVERYONE should have to have the background check.
No Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
I support either fixing the Affordable care Act or moving to single payer. To fix the ACA I propose repealing the law that prohibits the Government from negotiating with drug companies and prohibiting price gouging by pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. $15,000 for a CT scan is unacceptable. I also support the public option and medicare for all.
Unknown Position Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
I support the following: Immigrants who entered illegally, must become documented, pay all taxes owed and are free from certain crime convictions be permitted to stay, once they are documented and background checked, they may remain but no citizenship. The only exception might be if they serve active duty in the armed services.
Yes Do you support same-sex marriage?
I support full equality for the entire LGBT community. Including marriage.
Yes Should the U.S use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the United States from possessing a nuclear weapon?
Unknown Position Do you support increased American intervention in Iraq and Syria beyond air support?
No Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
I am 100% against any form of privatization of social security, medicare, or the VA. I support increasing the level of income that is taxed for social security. I am also advocating for the reclassification of income so people that are not W-2 employees but make millions, pay their fair share. People are free to invest for their retirement as they see fit, but the safety net must be preserved and strengthened.
